Alfia didn't know what to expect when she plummeted to her death, but being stuck with her nephew was definitely not her first guess.
After saving Bell from an attack when he was a child, she had to wait some time before being able to interact with her nephew again-saving him from yet another monster attack.
At the very least, being a ghost was surprisingly comfortable.

His Story
In the beginning of his life, he doesn't remember much as he was a child. All Bell wants to do is continue to be an adventurer, to become a hero to someone and everyone, and starts his journey in the Labyrinth City, Orario. This follows the original story with my own additions, hopefully this wouldn't mind you guys that much as I'm trying to write again for fun in a really long time.

Trust is a fickle thing, isn't it?
Trust for Izuku Aizawa was a fickle thing, he'd constantly be forced to switch between trusting someone with his whole heart to hating them with every fiber of his being. Such was the story of his father, his teachers, his classmates, his old friends, hell even his own mother (though he never did or ever could hate her). The only person he trusted was his sister and it stayed that way for a long, long time. It stayed that way until he was adopted by Shouta Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada, he gained a new brother and sister both of whom he loved dearly. He finally felt able to trust the people around him and it was a breath of fresh air for not only him but his sister as well. There were bumps in the road but his new family stayed together. "The other side Nico! We will see you there. Understand?" Nico's eyes widened. "But-" "Lead them there!" Percy shouted. "Promise me!" βI-, I will." Nico watched in horror how Percy promised Annabeth to always stay together, to never be apart again. Then, Percy let go and he and Annabeth fell down. All around, he could hear the others shouting and running to help. All too late, Percy and Annabeth were gone. Suddenly, Nico heard another sound. A strange crackling was increasingly more and more prominent, until it drowned the voices of the remaining five. Before he realized what was happening, the ground beneath his torso was crumbling away, larger and larger pieces were disappearing in the hungry darkness below. Nico did not have time to react. The next thing he knew, he was falling too. OR Three demigods fall into Tartarus after finding the statue of Athena Parthenos. For better or worse, it is not the first time for Nico.
