Kim Y/N, a waitress, is married to Choi Soobin, a finance employee at one of Korea's top companies, Jung Industries. Their marriage is purely one of convenience, meant to serve their own separate interests. But when Soobin wins a romantic vacation to Verona, Italy, in an Employee of the Month draw, they find themselves in an unexpected opportunity to bond. What could go wrong? A lot, actually because Y/N and Soobin are not as ordinary as they seem. Unbeknownst to each other, both are elite assassins-Y/N, a senior assassin for Obsidian Onyx, the secret assassin division of KIMEX Group, and Soobin, the top assassin of Jung Industries' own covert unit. Their so-called "romantic getaway" is nothing more than a cover for one of Soobin's missions. Despite completing his mission, he was far from done. Maybe he could finally relax with his wife on this romantic getaway? Not just yet Both of them are assigned a very high priority mission to complete. The target? Each other and they have till the end of their vacation to get the job done. With only five days to eliminate their spouse, both get to work trying to make the other's death look like an accident as they tour Verona but the truth begins to unravel. Lies, identities, and emotions clash as they navigate a battle of deception, and an inconvenient realization-perhaps their marriage isn't as meaningless as they once believed.
But love will have to wait, because in the end, the real question isn't whether their feelings are real.
It's who will successfully complete their mission

Excerpt:
