Stella Riley Evans is just a small town girl from Stratford,Ontario, she used to be betrothed to a boy, a boy named Justin Bieber,
But she knows better than to trust her fiance, not after he left her behind, and forgot all about her, in pursuit of fame, and other girls.
She doesn't trust him anymore, not with her heart, and most certainly not with her hand in marriage. She would never trust him again, that was what she promised herself. But when the hand of Fate makes their paths cross again, what is she to do? Especially since their parents refuse to break their betrothal. They would be married, come her 21st birthday, and there was absolutely nothing she could do about it. Wayward, lost, playboy, pop star fiance be damned, Riley refused to fall for him and his charms again.
Justin has come back to his hometown, after many years, to see her best friend/finacee, expecting to be met with open arms and a willing future wife, only to receive the cold shoulder. Why ever would he want a girl like that? So he decided, he'd make her fall for him, but it didn't mean that he couldn't have a little fun on the side.
