Kit Harrington has always been told that he isn't like other kids. When he was a toddler, he was too loud, too energetic, or too childish. Kids thought he spoke too much and adults knew him by association of King Steve Harrington, automatically steering their kids away. But then, when he turned five, he became too sick. Always at the hospital, never smiling, always with an IV drip stuck to his skin and a fiery attitude.

For everyone in Hawkins, he was gone. For Hawkins Lab, he was something new.

Five years after spending his time growing up surrounded by lab coats and needles, Kit greets life with disdain and a drop of mistrust. He doesn't truly remember how his life before the Lab was, but he tries his best, despite the Party trying to help him with his memories and remembering things from his past life.

Life has never been kind to him, and Kit isn't sure it ever will be.
