Galadriel inherits a decaying manor on the English moors a decade after her brother's murder. She moves in in October 1896 and spends her time trying to find out what happened to his murderer with the help of her newfound friend Mirdania.

One night, a whisper leads her to a hidden painting. Halbrand has been cursed and is forever tied to its tarnished frame. He begs her to help as more questions arise.
Why is Halbrand tied to the painting and where has Sauron gone?

Despite the darkness, she finds the peace she seeks in an unlikely place. However, her life takes a terrifying turn when the lies unravel. As Sauron returns, she must fight to survive both the manor crumbling around her, and the knowledge that everything has been a carefully crafted illusion.

Sapphire is an orphan elleth whom was brought up by dwarves in the Mines of Moria. Now she wanders the wilderness of Middle-Earth as one of the most skilled rangers ever known. With her skill with both bow and blade as well as the axe and daggers, she is sought out by Lord Elrond to attend a meeting of all the great races in Rivendell. There she meets Aragon, an old friend or hers who is a fellow ranger and she also makes the acquaintance of a dwarf, an elven prince, four hobbits, a wizard and two men. Along with her trusty wolf companion, Nasha, and her horse, StarLight, Sapphire is swept up in a quest to save Middle-Earth. She forges long lasting friendships with those around her and finds herself getting close to the elven prince even though they start as rivals. This is a Legolas love story but if any of you have read my other fan fictions then you know I love character development and so this is likely to take a long time to get started. Also, I know there are like a billion fan fictions with the same plot, that being a female elf who is part of the fellowship and ends up falling in love with Legolas. I know every fan fic is basically that plot repeated over and over again but I just said, 'what the hell, if you can't beat them, join them' so I made this.
