V.O.R.T.E.X. was a name spoken only in the darkest corners of the underworld. It wasn't a government agency, nor was it a mercenary group chasing wealth.

At its core, V.O.R.T.E.X. specialized in 'dismantling human trafficking networks, drug syndicates, underground assassination markets, and illegal financial empires.' They were 'judge, jury, and executioner.'

STRUCTURE

At the helm of V.O.R.T.E.X. stood two men
