When the clock struck twelve, the Last Supreme Being found himself in a post apocalyptic Earth where humans live on the moon while their androids soldiers and the machines created by an alien civilization fight for the remnants of the world.

(Or Ainz gets Isekai'd once again, CZ is his Tech Support, and the YoRHa androids and the Machines have to deal with these two causing mind boggling events whenever they feel like it.)
