The both of them create a close bond, and Nightmare explains how the villagers mistreats him and how they treasure Dream. Ink knew Dream for awhile, but Dream never mentions Nightmare. Ink together with the judges elaborated a plan to finally stop Error. A deadly trap. Impossible to escape even for the feared destroyer. But someone is not following the plan.
