Sophia and Jakob Barnes Hydra's favorite twin assassins. Sophia and Jakob were taken at birth. Their father, The Winter Soldier, has no idea of their existence and their mother is long dead. They were put into Hydra's twin program along with Wanda and Pietro Maximoff.
Many experiments and years later the twins are sent to collect The Winter Soldier.

She is now 18 years old and was trained, mind controlled and treated viciously for the attack that's about to take place. This takes place after Thor Ragnarok. (Thanos never showed up at the end). Hayley has been stuck in Hydra since she was 4. She has done everything they have said for 12 years and she is finally fed up. She, and a few other people, escape one day and are still on the run for 2 years peacefully. Until Director Nick Fury sends the Avengers to come and take her and her friends in. This will not follow the plot to any of the movies or the timelines at all so all of the Avengers PLUS Pietro are there even though they are technically shouldn't be yet in the movies.
