Astrid (ON HOLD)

Astrid feels alone. Living in the south of France with a strange English accent and only having one parent with not a lot of money, it's fair to say she gets picked on. A strange obsession with stars, a small hill hidden by the trees and a brilliant imagination, Astrid finds her self happy in the quiet solitude. It isn't until her father's secrets are spilled and she finds out the truth about her mother do things really start going wrong. But will she have to face it alone, or does the small German boy who moves near to her help her along the way?
