Once Caleb reached the bottom of the stairs he quietly opened the door and tiredly switched on the light "Jayden it isn't morning yet buddy you need to-" he froze in place staring at a man he didn't know standing in his living room. A strange town that's only getting stranger as packs of werewolves arrive. they are only a precursor to what is coming. Mages, and more will soon be arriving in silver-spruce, any of them a potentially life threatening danger to him. But...if the boy keeps his head down and tries to avoid attention, than maybe just maybe, he can survive. Sadly for him, one of those wolves is claiming the part of town he happens to live in as her territory. And the boy has never been particularly good at keeping his head down in the first place.
