     Ever since Carrie's outburst and Takao's return, the Foot Clan began making more obscure plans. The Shredder had placed Karai in charge of recruiting human soldiers for his ranks. That meant returning to Chris Bradford's old dojo and testing the students there.

      Athena was one among many students to be tested. Of course, to her, it meant nothing more than an advancement in her training. None of them could have prepared themselves to be kidnapped and forced to join the Foot Clan.

      Now, facing a new army of human Foot Soldiers, the turtles must figure out a way to cut Shredder's forces down and determine what his new plans for them entail. Unfortunately, that may mean having to trust and work with one of the new recruits.

Before you can even process this bizarre reunion, you and your dad are victims of an attempted kidnapping, you being rescued by 4 mutant turtle brothers, who offer to help you find your father. As you get to know them better, you find yourself drawn into their world while trying to understand what's going on with your memories. Little do you know, there's more to your connection with these heroes than meets the eye. Eventual MC x Donatello relationship. A remake of Donatello and April's original relationship dynamic, but slow burned and unrushed, so they can build a true friendship before discovering that either of them have feelings for the other. --------------- I always felt like Donnie crushin' on April in the show was a bit off, especially 'cause she never felt the same way and it felt kind of forced. Chatted with my sis 'bout this ongoing plot in the series, and it hit me - the show could've been way cooler if April and Donatello had a tighter connection, giving 'em both the character development they deserved. Figured I had nothin' to lose, so this's what came outta that chat. Hope you dig it! First time putting words on paper, fingers crossed it ain't too shabby. With the little time that he has left before it is too late, he realizes the only way to survive is to escape. But how can he break out without the help of his brothers? Will Leo ever be able to escape this nightmare? Or will the torturing be too much too handle? (Completed 2015)
