Restart - Hawks x Reader

[Y/N] is a not so well-known S-ranked villain. Villain? Maybe that's a harsh label for her. She likes to call herself a renegade. She does not despise heroes, she would work with them if they paid enough.

The HPSC launches a new secret rehabilitation program to convert powerful criminals into heroes. Since Japan is in desperate need of heroes after All Might's retirement and the first war, the government had to come up with a good solution for the problem. Their goal is to fill up the void that All Might's and the backed away heroes' loss of activity indicated with these powerful, brainwashed prisoners of Tartarus, using sheerly inhuman and unethical methods. [Y/N] is one of the choosen villains.

She was granted a second chance at life which she can not say no to. Not because she wanted to change, she is simply not allowed to reject the forced offer. Without the intention of changing, she participates. I needn't say a rehabilitation program like that requires professional help. Each villain gets a mentor to provide the heroic enviroment for the everyday atmosphere, and to help in the four-hour-long daily training.

That is how Hawks and [Y/N] met. A hero and a renegade. From two different sides of society, two different pasts and two different motivations. One knows what love is like, the other can't even define the word. How could a numb, emotional wrack ever catch a glimpse of deeper feelings? Hawks has a big task at hand - he has to tame her if he wants to talk without yelling and getting injured. Afterall, the rehabilitation program is successful. It always is. It always needs to be and no one is allowed to say otherwise. They have to work it out.
