Met ( Jeonghan) has had heart complications since childhood. He has been in and out of the hospital since he was a child due to his condition. They say that he may have inherited it from his family. Met's father had the same disease and was the cause of his death. 

Because of Met's frequent hospital stays as a child, they ran out of money and went bankrupt. But Met didn't let his mother suffer alone. He did everything he could to prevent his illness from getting worse. He followed all of his doctor's advice.

On the other hand, Ali (Joshua) is a rich man's son who can do whatever he wants but not choose who he loves. Since he reached the right age, his father has been tying him to whomever he wants, but it doesn't turn out to be a successful plan because he does everything to prevent it from happening or it doesn't happen because his father himself sees that the person he tied his son to is not the right person.
