When the Earth has been so heavily polluted and damaged by climate change that the planet becomes nearly unlivable, Eleonora Scarlet gets the opportunity to travel to a different planet, Alpha Centauri, a place of new beings and second chances, but when the spacecraft she's traveling on suddenly malfunctions and crashes onto an alien planet, she is forced to meet new people, and handle grieving for her past life, she meets a boy.
