Hayley Marshall had always wanted to find her family, it was the whole reason she went to New Orleans. What happens when she actually does find family she's spent her life looking for? A sister.
Valeria Torres was born December 24 1996, born to witches Maria Garcia and Javier Torres. She was her parents favorite Christmas/Christmas Eve present. The Torres family had struggled with fertility, though they had adopted in the past, Maria had always dreamed of experiencing pregnancy. So, they got a sperm donor. When Maria was 20 weeks pregnant, they discovered that the sperm donor they had used was really the deceased alpha of the crescents.
Making their daughter a werewitch, however not just any werewitch. According to the witch Sabine, their unborn daughter would be a siphoner, their tests confirmed it.
Against their covens wishes to sacrifice the child, they kept her, and named their baby girl Valeria Torres, the siphoning werewitch with a photographic memory.
Sadly, when Valeria Torres was ten years old, her family was murdered, and her curse was activated in self defense.
With her family no longer around to protect her, she was officially shunned by her coven for the crime of being born.
Now, Valeria Torres is 16 and has spent the last couple years in the Bayou with her pack as wolf. What happens when her pregnant biological half sister Hayley Marshall shows up in New Orleans?
