"We need your help, Olivia....we're dying." Tris sounded desperate, she was only eighteen years old when our kind was supposedly killed off.
"I'm so sorry, but I have no power in Erudite, my mother Jeanine, she is the leader. " I replied, she looked up at Four who held a sound asleep infant in his arms.
"The people here are weak, we need food and water. That's all we ask, please?" Why must I be Abnegation? My selflessness was ready to explode, I wanted to help them.
"Can you come into the city with me, one of you? I have a friend in Amity, I'm sure if you talked to her she'd help you." Four looked at Tris and she nodded, then she looked at me.
"Four will go with you."

It has been 5 years since my beautiful Tris passed away. She told me to move on, but all of this time I have been grieving. I didn't think I could love anyone as much as I loved Tris ever again. But I was wrong. I believed that lie up until now. I walk into the adoption center, and a little baby girl catches my eye. I pick her up in my arms. She has blue eyes that are the color of the sky and brunette hair with natural blond highlights. I walk up to the lady at the front desk and say " I'd like to adopt her." She slightly looks up at the baby, but keeps her head down. " okay, what would you like to name her?" Her voice is gentle, but strong. I respond immediately. "Beatrice, her name will be Beatrice." The woman looks up and I can see her face. She has beautiful grey-blue eyes. And then I notice a small scar on the left side of her cheek. "Tobias?" Life in Dauntless without the war. Its hard to explain without spoilers, but this has many different things from other fanfics.
