•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Bianca Vale was ordinary. At least, she thought so. A university student with a quiet life, a penchant for old books, and a childhood obsession with the Harry Potter stories she'd long since outgrown-or so she told herself. Magic was fiction. Wands and castles and spells hidden behind brick walls belonged in books and films, not in the real world. Until the rift opened. Until two men stepped through it. Theodore Nott. Cold. Calculated. A mind like a blade honed in shadows, eyes that miss nothing. He speaks in clipped sentences, watches her like he's weighing every breath she takes. And Lorenzo Berkshire. Smooth. Charming. A dangerous smile curled at the edges with secrets, and a laugh that sounds like temptation. But his gaze is sharp, and he's not as careless as he pretends to be. They come from a world Bianca knows all too well-except it isn't the one she remembers from the pages of her childhood books. But they are purebloods. Raised to hate muggles. Now? They're stranded. In a different universe entirely. One where magic doesn't exist... and they can't find a way back. Bianca should be afraid. But she's not. Curiosity wins. Every time. But they didn't come here by accident. And the rift isn't finished with them yet. Bianca is the key to something much bigger than she understands. And if she's not careful, loving them could be the one thing that breaks everything apart. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Don't forget to give a like and you're free to comment. "You have completely and utterly bewitched me, Lucia. Every time I look at you, I feel practically hypnotized." ☆✰⭐︎ Lucia Winters was raised in a pure-blood family with a storied history, expectations weigh heavily on her. Her father couldn't say no when she was invited to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as a fifth year. She was deeply nervous about stepping into Hogwarts, not that she would ever admit it out loud. Lucia didn't grow up dreaming of the Great Hall, or getting sorted in front of hundreds of staring eyes. But with carefully composed nervousness there was excitement, she was burning with it. Lucia doesn't know yet what is to come, the power she can yield from her fingertips, a person who could guide her magic, or possibly use it. Sebastian Sallow was in his fifth year of Hogwarts. It started with exhaustion. The kind that settles into your bones - the kind that no amount of sleep or sugar quills can fix. Sebastian hid it with his grin, the sarcasm, the easy confidence. But by now, it was habit, not joy. Anne hadn't improved. Solomon barely spoke to him. So he did what he always did, he hid the bleeding parts. But underneath all of it was a hum, a low, constant desperation. He started digging into older magic, darker spells, things the books said he shouldn't touch. He touched them anyway. Sebastian was not going to sit back and watch his sister wither when he knew there were answers? No. There had to be answers, something, or someone, will show him. ☆✰⭐︎ A collision of two desperate souls, one already falling, the other just stepping into the dark. He needs her - not just because of her magic. She needs him - not just because he sees her clearly. Two people keeping secrets, both too clever for their own good, both drawn to eachother like gravity. Somewhere in their desperation, ambition, and obsession with saving Anne, it started to look like more than a friendship.
