The 54th Hunger Games isn't just a fight for survival-it's a calculated execution. The Capitol's Quarter Quell twist changes the rules, forcing each district to send a battle-hardened veteran alongside their tributes. For Jack Harris, a former U.S. Marine, this isn't war-it's a rigged bloodbath designed for spectacle. Selected as District 2's Veteran Tribute, Jack is dropped into an arena built for urban warfare, where stealth, strategy, and precision mean the difference between life and death. Every move is watched. Every action is manipulated. The Capitol doesn't just want him to lose-they want him to break. But Jack isn't alone. Dahj Atrius, District 2's female tribute, is fast, resourceful, and just as unwilling to play the Capitol's game. Together, they form an uneasy alliance in a battlefield where traps, snipers, and deadly opponents lurk in every shadow. Jack has spent years surviving in the world's deadliest warzones. He knows how to adapt. How to kill. And when backed into a corner, how to fight like hell. The Capitol thinks they control the Games. But they just put a soldier in the Arena. And soldiers don't play by the rules.

A Second Chance(Clato)

30 parts Ongoing

Clove Kentwell is supposed to be dead. That is, she thought so until she wakes up in a Capital hospital seemingly unscathed. When she discovers Cato's there as well, along with the other dead tributes, a strange story begins to unravel at her feet. Why would President Snow keep them alive? Why is Cato acting so strangely? As the situation unfolds, Clove finds herself increasingly drawn to Cato in a way she never thought she would get to experience. Will she make good use of her second chance? Or is she condemned to be yet another pawn on the Capital's board? (Used to be on my old account.)
