Ariel lived her life in depression as long as she could remember. Her family life was overbearing, her school life was miserable and she was just existing according to her own beliefs. She was holding onto a thin thread on the inside and eventually, she was clinging onto life physically
On the way home on a dark night, her and her mom ended up in a tragic accident that left her in a coma. While in there she enters into what she thinks is a dream, but is an actual world that is the complete opposite of the world she remembers. At first she wants to get out but eventually she wants to stay, not knowing if she will wake up or not.
