Ever since both Cosmo and Sprout met each other, they have been inseparable. Nothing can come in their way. If one of them gets in trouble, they fix it together, if one of them is under the weather, they cheer each other up together...
If one of them becomes a Twisted, the other finds a way to help each other together.
Cosmo is assigned to go on a solo run for some apparent reason, but Sprout sneaks his way into the elevator before time runs out.
However, Cosmo soon finds himself cornered by a certain Twisted, failing to escape its ravenous jaws and sharp teeth. As though, Sprout had seen it all before his eyes, his world crumbling down.
How will Sprout manage his feelings...? Is this truly the end of their friendship?
What happens when Cosmo begins to experience concerning changes?

Although with that, Shelly tried to be as optimistic as possible even whilst having her sorrow. Then, a nightmarish being from within the roots of her mind had appeared. The nightmare told her hurtful but truthful words, and to do things that she wouldn't ever want to. Shelly tried to resist. But the more she was treated in an undesirable way, the more she understood what the nightmare had said. The combination of the blatant ignorance of her existence and the dark force within her mind had started to enrage and break her, slowly turning her for the absolute worst . . .
