During an army operation, faulty arms and ammunition (supplied by Shravan's father's company) led to the death of Suman's father.
Though the real culprit was Shravan's father's greedy business partner, Shravan's family was publicly blamed and disgraced.
Suman lashed out at Shravan, blaming him and his family for her father's death.
Shravan's family was forced to leave the city, and he dedicated his life to serving the nation, under the alias Special Agent Maheshvara.
Suman, unaware of his transformation, continued her military life, yet kept tabs on him from afar.
