Y/N L/N wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the mortal world, and somehow, death didn't make him any smarter. One bad decision (or twenty) later, he wakes up in Hell-confused, chaotic, and somehow turned into a Hellhound. No memory of how it happened, no idea what he's supposed to do now, and absolutely no intention of behaving.
After causing an impressive amount of destruction within his first hour in Pentagram City, Y/N is scooped up by none other than Charlie Morningstar, who sees potential in him (for some reason). Now a reluctant resident of the Hazbin Hotel, Y/N stumbles his way through demon society, making enemies, setting things on fire (sometimes on purpose), and generally proving that Hell itself might not be ready for him.
With a reckless streak a mile wide and the intelligence of a particularly excitable golden retriever, Y/N's got one hell of an afterlife ahead of him. Between dealing with the Hotel's misfit cast, surviving turf wars, and somehow catching the attention of some very dangerous demons, he's about to find out that redemption is a whole lot harder when you're an absolute dumbass.
