Midoriya Izuku is bad with choices. When his estranged father passed away, he left Izuku an escape, er, estate. Who leaves a broke eighteen-year-old an estate? With a small fortune and a desperation to avoid making a choice, Izuku agrees to live in the hundred-year-old manor. What he was expecting: a falling down building and an astronomical water bill for the sprinkler system. What he got: A surprisingly well-kept manor and a plethora of helpful staff, including a VERY cute groundskeeper.
Things are going well in his new home. He's enrolled in the local college, and things are going well. Until a loud, too-hot-for-his-own-good blonde shows up and makes things a little too interesting for this green bean.
