Scott Matthews isnt't your everyday cop. He has a long and complicated history. Growing up in Zaun, he fought for survival and did what most men couldn't do. Murder and kill to get to the top. He fled to Ionia when he was 12 in an effort to "repent for his sins" at one of the many monasteries there. He lived there for about 5 years when he moved to Noxus and became a martial arts instructor for those going into the Noxian army. After a few issues that he had spoken out against, the Noxian government forced him out of the country and thus he went to Piltover, where he has been ever since that event. He is now 28. A proud member of the Piltover PD by day, and a sniper-for-hire vigilante by night, doing what the Piltover PD can't do. He cleans up the scum of the streets and the cancer of the government with a single bullet in his targets. No one else has his interest. Only criminals, crooked cops, and corrupt officials. The Sheriff, Caitlyn, and her trusty Enforcer, Vi, work day in and day out to catch this "psychopath" and bring him to justice. How long can he keep this charade going? Let's find out shall we...?

My Enemy? (O/C x Jinx)
(I ain't used to writing fanfics since this is my first one, thought I'd branch my genres out a little. I only know the Arcane storyline and not the game itself, so if I screw up please forgive me. The story itself mainly follows Echo and I've also kind of diverged to form my own second season in a way.) After the countless fatalities on the bridge connecting Zaun and Piltover, we follow a boy who never had a name but people called him Echo because of his tendency to repeat himself or others from time to time. He does get confused with 'Little Man' Ekko every now and then but neither of them mind it, they'd occasionally joke about it from time to time. Echo, though, was basically a fighter the day he was born. His parents, sadly, died when he was 8, two years before the bridge massacre. Since then Vander, his adoptive father, has been caring for him and helping him improve his fighting technique. That was the case until that one fateful night everything changed.
