It starts with a text at 3 AM.
Bakugo doesn't know why Todoroki picked him to bother in the middle of the night, but for some reason, he doesn't tell him to stop. What begins as a single late-night conversation slowly turns into a habit-one that Bakugo doesn't want to acknowledge but can't seem to break.
Todoroki texts him when he can't sleep. Bakugo replies, even when he knows he shouldn't.
And somewhere between the sarcastic jabs, unexpected confessions, and the quiet comfort of knowing someone is on the other side of the screen, Bakugo realizes he's in way deeper than he ever meant to be.

He didn't know why, but it had been occuring for the last few weeks. And it pissed him off. It all started with a text. The more and more these late night visits occur, Bakugou seems to open up his hard exterior shell and more, but then it's like nothing ever happened between them.
