This time when Katsuki came along, the window was shut, preventing Izuku's notebook from falling into the pond. Opting for a different route home, he took a shortcut through a forgotten alley.
There, in the shadows, Midoriya Izuku met his end at the hands of a villain wielding a quirk that ripped apart Izuku's soul, separating his "good" emotions from his darker, "bad" side.

Tears well in his eyes-not from pain, not yet-but from the understanding sinking in too fast. No one is coming. No All Might. He isn't here. No heroes. They're busy doing better, more important things. No friends. Did he even have any, really? There was no one coming to save him. He's not special. He's not the protagonist of anything.
He's just Izuku. Defenseless Izuku. And Izuku is scared. Izuku is alone. Izuku is going to die in an alley that no one even knows the name of.

This story is made for my wonderful girlfriend, Cami!! She had created this entire story idea. It got a lot of attention on her TikTok after she did some artwork for it and a lot of people were like "fic??" and I write fics so.. now we're here.. She sent me the draft of her idea and I just made it coherent and tweaked it to make it even more interesting and yeah

Falling (Depressed Deku Fanfic) (COMPLETE)
Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. He soon ran into Eri and started taking care of her. Katsuki Bakugou is Izukus bully and crush Izuku has had a huge crush on him for a while and little did Izuku know katsuki liked him back and was planning to confess to him on the day Izuku ran away. Katsuki was out in his and Izukus old hangout place, and came home to see inko crying on the couch. After katsuki heard Izuku was missing he fell into a quiet state and barely left his room when home. Katsuki was in a field trip the day after deku ran away and noticed a familiar person watching him. He start talking to the familiar person to find its deku, katsuki and Izuku go to Izukus new home since katsuki followed him. Katsuki and Izuku got the chance to confess there love for each other. Sadly Izuku ran away again to avoid having to go back to his old home. once katsuki once again found out about the one person he loves the most ran away again he falls into a state of depression. When katsuki started his third year of middle school Izuku decided to visit him at his house, katsuki gets home from school and is greeted with a little girl running to him smiling.
