Echoes of the Fallen

Eryx Isle, once the final battleground between angels and demons before the rise of quirks, now lies largely forgotten, a place shunned by the world. It's a haven for outcasts-the quirkless and those society has abandoned, where society turns a blind eye in disgust.

Abandoned on the doorsteps of Musutafu Orphanage, Aurelia Zwei is treated as an outcast, presumed quirkless. The Matron of the orphanage, cold and cruel, wishes to dispose of her, and that wish is unexpectedly granted when Aurelia inadvertently injures her classmates and flees in fear of the consequences.

Meanwhile, Izuku Midoriya, recently orphaned and desperate for a glimmer of hope, watches his world crumble when his hero-the one who inspired him to dream-rejects him, leaving him broken. Shattered by society's harsh rejection of him as a quirkless nobody, he decides to follow through on his childhood friend's devastating advice and take the "swan dive." But, when he falls, his latent abilities awaken, sparking chaos and causing him to be hunted as a monster.

With nowhere else to turn, the two teens, each lost and terrified, find themselves drawn together. In an electric meeting, they realize that as long as they have each other, everything will be alright.
