I'm not going to die for you

Hi, fellow human being
It's a pleasure to experience your existence. This is me, listening to some advice I got from my therapist. And it's also me, sharing what I came up with. Why? Don't know. I'm a bad writer, I can't write for the sake of it, so this is my way of writing for myself, till I learn how to actually do it just for myself.
Since I'm a bad writer but at least not a terrible person, here some necessary content warnings: this is about my reasoning to stay alive and don't act against it, so it treats themes of self-harm, suicide and depression.
If you don't feel comfortable reading about such topics, don't. You're not missing out on something important for I am just writing 3-am-nonsense and it's not even good.
If you couldn't resist the urge to get my incredible whatever-this-is-message. Go to part II and read the last 5 paragraphs, they don't hold any of these topics, but are my conclusion and theme of this whole thing.
