Isla Weasley has always felt like an outsider, even in a family that should have been hers. Adopted but never quite belonging, her arrival at Hogwarts should have been a fresh start. But when the Sorting Hat places her in Slytherin, everything she knows is thrown into question. Cut off from the warmth of the only family she's ever had, Isla finds herself trapped between loyalty and loneliness. And then there's him; a boy with sharp blue eyes and golden hair, someone she's been told to hate, but who awakens something unexpected inside her. In a world where trust is scarce and love is forbidden, Isla must decide if she will run or if she will stay and fight for a place to call home. Not all strays are lost.
