This is a purely imaginary fanfic. I mean no disrespect to the real individuals upon whom this short story is based. All actions and thoughts ascribed to the characters are purely made up, though they take inspiration from real events. The story is based upon what I imagine transpired between Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh at the very beginning of their relationship. I have great admiration and respect for both as individuals and as a couple. I would definitely be mortified if the real Deepika and Ranveer were to ever read this. Like I said, while the characters in this story take inspiration from them, they are in no way equivalent to the real people they are based on.
