Seventeen-year-old Lena Carter is an ambitious, straight-A student with dreams of leaving her small town and making something of herself. But when she finds out she's pregnant after one impulsive night with her best friend and longtime crush, Noah Reyes, her entire world shifts.

Everyone expects Noah to run, to bail like so many teenage boys do. But he doesn't. Instead, Noah is all in-attending doctor's appointments, getting a part-time job, and standing by Lena's side even when her own parents turn their backs on her.

Despite his unwavering support, life isn't easy. Lena struggles with her parents' disappointment, the whispers at school, and the fear of losing the future she worked so hard for. Noah, on the other hand, battles his own insecurities-afraid that no matter how hard he tries, he'll never be enough for Lena or their baby.

Through sleepless nights, financial struggles, and the weight of growing up too fast, Lena and Noah find strength in each other. Their love is tested again and again, but one thing remains constant-Noah refuses to leave, and Lena refuses to give up.
