RISHABH RATHORE

The first time she saw him, death was on his hands.

Not metaphorically. Not in some poetic, brooding way.

His knuckles dripped with blood-dark, glistening, fresh. The air around him was thick with violence, the scent of iron mixing with the expensive cologne that clung to his skin. He didn't flinch, didn't bother to wipe it away. If anything, he looked bored, as if the body at his feet was nothing more than an inconvenience.

Then, he looked up.

And that was the moment she knew-whatever this man was, he wasn't just dangerous. He was the kind of danger that didn't just ruin lives. He consumed them.

And now, his gaze was locked on her.

MEERA SHARMA

She wasn't meant to be here.

The air smelled of smoke and sin, a world far removed from the jasmine-scented quiet of her home. Her hands clutched the edge of her dupatta, knuckles white, her breath uneven as she stepped deeper into the unknown. She didn't belong in places like this-where shadows moved like whispers, where eyes followed her like she was something to be devoured.

A flickering light above cast a golden glow on her face-soft, untouched, painfully out of place. She was innocence wrapped in silk, a girl who still prayed before bed, who still believed in love that didn't hurt.

And that's when she felt it.

A gaze. Heavy. Unrelenting.

She turned-only to find him.

The man who didn't belong in fairytales. The man who would teach her that even in the purest hearts, darkness could bloom.

"Sshhhhh....." he hushed and pinned us against the wall leaving no space between us. I held onto his biceps with my hand in reflex. He shook his head lightly signalling me not to scream. But did not remove his palm, awaiting confirmation I guessed. I nodded a little locking eyes with him fearfully. I witnessed a glimmer in his eyes and he removed his palm from my mouth slowly. I mustered up a little strength and asked nervously. "Kon hai aap aur yahan kya kar rhe hain," His eyes softened, looking deep into my eyes as if he could see through them as if he owned them. A strong wind surfaced, pulling away the fabric and revealing his face. It was him. My heartbeats raced wildly. He flickered his gaze to my lips for a few seconds, licked his lower lip a little with an unreadable emotion and peered back deeply into my eyes, delving into my soul. He replied in the raw, masculine and resonating voice I had heard months before. "Daksh naam hai hamara. Vivaah karne aaye hai aapse," *** I could not believe my eyes that he was standing right in front of me. The day I walked away from him, with a swarm of butterflies in the depths of my guts and belly, I never considered the possibility of crossing our paths again. I never thought we would get another chance in this life. Was it a wise decision of me to run away back then like that? The moments we shared back then flashed back into my memory. I started wondering if this was a coincidence or if he purposely located me. *** This is the love story of Daksh Pratap Rathore and Radhika Maan Singh. Storyline occurs in early years of 21st century(2001). A love saga bridging the gap between a city-born man and a village-raised girl. They are soulmates longing for love and solace from each other in different parameters. Let us dive into their journey of togetherness, and internal conflicts and see if and how they find solace with each other. First 2 chapters can be descriptive but I'm sure you'll like the story further.

He gives her shelter without questions, and in return, she stays invisible. What begins as a quiet coexistence grows into something unspoken. But the closer they get, the more fragile the lie becomes. She's hiding in his room. He's hiding his feelings. And outside their stolen peace, the storm is closing in. Just when she begins to believe in safety, the truth catches up and nothing is what it seems. Now, with love blooming in the shadows and danger pressing at the door, she must make an impossible choice: run before he gets hurt, or stay and risk losing him forever. Twisted pasts. Buried truths. And a decision that could shatter them both. This is not just a story about falling in love. It's about surviving it. _________ A twisted smile spread across his face as he leaned in closer, his hot, alcohol-laced breath over her. He pressed his nose to her neck, inhaling deeply before pulling back slightly to growl in her ear, "You can't run away anymore." he slurred, his voice a sinister whisper. His eyes bore into hers with a mix of anger and possessiveness that made her blood run cold. Her mind raced, desperately trying to think of a way to escape. "Let me go!" she cried, her voice trembling. She tried to pull away, but he only tightened his grip, his other hand moving to her waist to hold her closer. "You're mine," he growled, his lips curling into a cruel smile. "And no one gets to take what's mine, not even your bastard lover".

The first time Mira saw him, he was bleeding. A cold night. A flickering streetlamp. He sat on the curb, knuckles split, blood dripping onto the pavement like ink staining a page. She should have walked away. Should have pretended she didn't see him. But she didn't. Instead, she crouched beside him, her voice soft but steady. "Who did this to you?" He laughed-a low, bitter sound. "Does it matter?" Mira didn't know his name yet. But when their eyes met, something inside her recognized him. Not his face. Not his voice. His pain. Because she had the same kind buried in her bones. --- His name was Riven. And trouble followed him like a shadow. He never spoke about his past. Never explained the bruises. Never asked for help. But Mira saw the anger in his fists, the exhaustion in his shoulders. The war he fought every time he looked in the mirror. And despite herself, she stayed. Even when he told her to leave. Even when his darkness bled into her light. Even when she knew-this would destroy her. --- One night, he showed up at her door, drenched in rain, eyes empty. "I did something bad." Mira's breath caught. "What did you do?" Riven didn't answer. He just looked at her, jaw clenched, chest rising and falling like he was trying to breathe through whatever monster was clawing at his ribs. And she knew. It wasn't just a fight this time. It wasn't just another wound to clean up. He had crossed a line. And now, there were only two options-run, or drown with him. Mira should have been afraid. Should have shut the door, called the police, saved herself. But love made people stupid. So she stepped forward, wiped the blood from his cheek, and whispered, "Then we leave. Together." Because blood runs thicker than water. And love? Love was the thing that made you stay-even when you knew it would kill you.

"Why?" She asked this unarmed woman without knowing why she hated him so much. She never did anything to hurt him. She just laughed viciously without answering him, she didn't have to waste her time with an insect; leaving La to die imprisoned in the house where she was kidnapped. "Answer me!" She got up from her bed screaming "Eh? This looks like my room; Did I reincarnate myself in the past?" She ran to the bathroom just to see that her assumption was correct. She thanked the heavens for this second chance by promising that she wouldn't be fooled a second time.

Loveless Beauty (Completed)

If you are not loved, if you have got nobody to love you, then turn your loveless life into something beautiful. That something should be worth. ☆☆☆ He was standing infront of me all the time, when I had my eyes closed. I turned my back to him so that I could confess without any interruption. Also closed my eyes to avoid my nerves that could have held me back. But the bastard took the opportunity to witness all my misery. And when I finished I was too anxious to notice him there. I even thought it better that he left after. That he didn't hear any of those stupid things that I spew out of my mouth. Now that he heard everything. I felt a little shy, embarrassed and probably more shy. With him this close, touching me, whispering things. How am I still alive?! "Huh?!" I replied, making myself an idiot, again, infront of my, uh___ crush?! Yeah, I was tired of calling him my ex secret husband. He smirked as his eyes twinkled, amused. That brought me back as I blink a few times. Stupid, that I was. "When?! Why would I ignore you?!" I denied. Gashmir did not stop his torture. His hand went to my neck as he soothed my skin. ☆☆☆ To my Indian and non Indiana readers both. Don't think much just give it a shot.
