In the far future of 2099 in a city call Nuevo Yorkers a city where the tales of heroes are more of a legend then reality in a time where being a hero is against the law and is punishable by prison thanks to the new law enforcements called the Public Eye a new police force dedicated to "keeping the peace" and "protecting the innocent".
We follow the story of a young teen boy name Dylan O'Hara his father is Miguel O'Hara he works as the head of the genetics program of Alchemax which is cool but one day on a field trip to their Genetics program Dylan was bitten by a strange spider at first he didn't feel anything but he started to become extremely cold so cold that he felt like he was ice.
Then one day he woke up and gained extraordinary powers at first he didn't want them actually he wanted to turn back to normal and began to find a cure but one day his father died of an drug overdose but Dylan saw everything he began his investigation which will lead him into a life of crime fighting and becoming the new Spider-Man and plans to stop Alchemax and whoever tries to harm a innocent person.
