Another boring party-until she ruined it.
Alina Malik. My boss's sister. A disaster in designer.

She stumbled toward me-barefoot, heels swinging from her fingers, eyes red-rimmed and wild. Makeup smudged. Hair a mess. Dress slipping off her shoulder like she was begging to be seen.

"Oh, abs," she giggled, clinging to my arm like she had any right.

I didn't move. Didn't return the smile. Just stared.

"Why have you been ignoring me, jerk?" she slurred.

My jaw tightened. "You know why."

"No, I don't!" she snapped, voice cracking. "I told you I liked you-and you blocked me! Who does that?!"

"Someone who never wanted to hear it," I said flatly. "Now let go."

She ripped her hand away, eyes blazing. "Why don't you like me?!"

I didn't blink. Didn't flinch. Looked her dead in the eye.

"Because there was never anything to like."

She froze.

"You're loud. Immature. Clingy. You create chaos and call it love. You throw tantrums like a child who's never been told no."

Her mouth parted, stunned.

I stepped closer, voice like ice. "You weren't special, Alina. You were tolerated. Only because you're my boss's sister. If it weren't for him, I would've shut you down the second you opened your mouth."

Her eyes filled with tears.

"Every message. Every fake smile. Every pathetic attempt to get close-I let it slide because I didn't want to lose my job. Not because I cared."

Her lower lip trembled. "You don't mean that..."

"I never liked you. Not for a second. You were a walking headache. A spoiled brat playing pretend in heels."

She looked like she couldn't breathe.

"You built a fantasy out of my silence and called it love. That's not my fault-that's your delusion."

She blinked, searching for anything kind in my face.

I gave her nothing.

"You were nothing to me, Alina. Not then. Not now. Not ever."

A tear rolled down her cheek.

"So save yourself the embarrassment. Stop chasing shadows. And leave me the hell alone."

"Give me one valid reason as to why I should sign this?" He said leaning back on his chair, folding his arms against his chest. "Umm...you'd get a young, intelligent, empathetic, loyal and a passionate wife? And Bonus, she's gorgeous as well." she answered with a grin, flipping her hair back. "You forgot to add childlike." He smirked. "I ain't a child. You're the one acting like a child here. You know the situation we are in well enough, so just sign it. Now will you?" she insisted. "Correction. Not 'we' but 'I'. It's a 'situation' for you, not for me. So, ask politely." He said, with the smirk not leaving his face. "Seriously!?" She frowned to which he nodded closing his eyes. "Argh! Fine-", she let out a sigh before continuing, "Will you please sign these papers?" "Oh Zara, I was expecting better." he showed his displeasure. Zara sighed again. Knowing his intentions very well. She walked closer to him plastering a fake smile on her face. Seeing her approaching him, Evan stood up adorning a smile. Before he could say anything Zara smacked his face with a fist and hit him on the legs with her foot making him wince in pain. She laughed like a maniac watching him plead in front of her. "I'm still waiting, Ms. Zara." His voice snapped her back into reality. What a bold dream! She sighed in defeat, before replying to him. "Mr. Evan Nash, Will you please show some mercy on me and sign these papers agreeing to our contract marraige? Please?" "No!" ____________________________________ What happens when a hard headed and no nonsense man stumbles upon a clumsy yet equally fierce and passionate woman? And life throws an arranged marraige for them. Will love stumble upon them as well? Read as they both make each other's life a living hell and a living heaven, both at the same time, while healing each other's heart. This is the story of Evan Nash and Zara Williams.

Right now - your only ally is me. So, you better listen," His voice was contrite with barely controlled anger. "Why are you helping me?" There was only tiredness in my voice. He laughed, humourlessly. "You don't remember me?" He asked softly. I shook my head. "Rezial. You can call me Rezial," He said. He stood, a cloak billowing around him. His eyes were bright spots in the dark. "What happened to... - Was this place always like this?" I said. Rez paused in his stride, turning to face me. "Not always," He said. There was something almost like grief in his voice. He waved his hand again, the plate vanishing. A moment later, the shadows in the room gathered into one spot, the inkiness rising until he was completely covered in darkness that was somehow darker than the rest. The shadows disappeared, and he was gone.

His hands got caught in my hair as he kissed me harder. Our tongues danced together and he shoved me up against the wall. My fingernails scraped down his bare back and he lifted me up to wrap my legs around his waist. He kissed a trail down to my neck and then froze. “You’ve been smoking.” He said pulling away from me. I sighed as he set me down and took a step away from me. “I smoked once today, ok? It’s not that big of a deal.” “Lissa!” Jace shouted at me. “You promised you’d stop! You said you were done with drugs a long time ago.” “I promised a lot of things that I never did!” I screamed back him. He raked his hands through his hair and started pacing. “Drugs aren’t good for you, Lissa. You need to stop.” “You can’t control my life.” I snapped. “I won’t be with you if you’re too high to remember any of it.” “Then maybe I’ll go back with Trey.” **** Lissa finally decides to go back to her families vacation house for the summer. She’d always been treated as ‘one of the boys’ by the other kids who went to the vacation house. The twins were finally eighteen and had convinced all of the parents to let the teenagers spend time at the house for the summer. Trey and Jace, the good lucking twins, haven’t seen Melissa in two years because she’d been skipping the family vacation even though her own twin Ian had tagged along. They remember her as the slightly chubby, underdeveloped, nerdy girl that they treated like a brother; but boy are they in for a surprise when she walks in the door looking completely different. She also has another secret neither of them knows about, how shocked will they be when they find out? With all of their longtime friends, the beach, the sun, and the freedom they’re sure to get into loads of trouble, and fun. But will romance ruin a friendship? This is the sequel to The Cheerleader and The Bad Boy. Although reading that book is not necessary to read this one.

Zara Romanov, the Romanian Princess-hated one thing, defeat. All her life, she had been served her desires on a golden platter. Until, her 'bodyguard', Adriano Moratti, comes strutting into her life. He began to dictate her life in the name of safety, making Zara despise the man more dangerously. ꧁꧂ "That pretty mouth of yours," Rio taunts, his tongue poking the inside of his cheek as if he was debating on finishing off his sentence. "One day, it's going to get you into a lot of trouble, Zara." The sides of my lips tip up in a feisty smirk as I register his words and lift my head up in defiance, "If you think I'm pretty, just say it." "You want it clear?" His eyes darkened and he chuckled out, blowing out a long, harsh breath. "You're pretty. Too fucking pretty for my ability to control myself." My grin begins to drop slowly and my mouth parts open at his sudden outburst of words about my appearance, "Rio..." "You're so effortlessly breathtaking." He continues, not giving me half a second to compose myself from hearing his previous words. It did something to me, a feeling I hadn't felt before. "I could watch you count infinitely, and still not get bored." I should be quite creeped out by that last sentence, but I was turned on. Exquisitely, turned on. I don't say anything, perhaps, I didn't know what I was supposed to say. I've never had a man be so blunt about my attractiveness. What were I to say? That I wanted him to continue on with his sweet words? That I wanted him to- "Is that enough clarification, princess?" Rio cuts off my train of thoughts from becoming any more improper than they already were. If my trainer were to be able to hear inside of my mind, she would have had a heart attack.

Prologue "Run, Zara." The words echoed in her head, but her legs wouldn't move. She should run. She should fight. But the weight of his gaze pinned her in place, stealing the air from her lungs. Rayyan Syed stood a few steps away, his dark eyes holding a dangerous promise. His suit was perfect, his posture relaxed, but there was nothing calm about the way he was looking at her. Like she was already his. "You think you have a choice?" His voice was smooth, slow, wrapping around her like a velvet trap. He took a step closer, the air between them growing thick. Zara's heart pounded. "I am not yours," she whispered, forcing the words out. Rayyan smirked. "Then why do you sound like you're trying to convince yourself?" Her breath caught. Before she could react, he closed the distance-one hand gripping her waist, the other tilting her chin up, forcing her to meet his gaze. His next words sent a shiver down her spine. "Sweetheart, you've been mine from the very start. And there's nothing you can do about it."
