Two hundred years have passed since the notorious downfall of Dr. Victor Veloci, a brilliant yet controversial scientist whose work straddled the line between genius and madness. The air is thick with dust and the whispers of the past, as shelves filled with peculiar devices and fading blueprints loom around him.
