When The Fever Breaks

In a world devastated by the Rage Virus, Piltover has turned its back on Zaun, sealing its gates and leaving the Undercity to fall into chaos. The infected-called Rageborn-are fast, relentless, and violently contagious, spreading through blood and bites within seconds. Civilization has collapsed into violence and survival.

Caitlyn Kiramman, a former Enforcer clinging to her morals, ventures into Zaun on a desperate mission and finds Vi, a brawler thought to be dead. Vi has survived the virus-somehow. She fights like one of them, brutal and unrelenting, but she hasn't turned. At least... not yet.

As they fight their way through a city overrun by monsters and worse, Caitlyn and Vi form a fragile bond. Caitlyn believes Vi may hold the key to understanding-or stopping-the Rage Virus. But Vi's secret is darker: she isn't immune. She's changing. And as time runs out, Caitlyn must decide whether to save Vi or end her before she loses control completely.
