Now, a little detail about Dragon-Shifters, they are all born with a soulmate, but when she can't find hers, the council determines that he/she is in another world. Dragon-Shifters are also born with a unique magical core, they each have a different type of magic, and example being her grandmother having dimensional magic while her father had healing magic.
