Sometimes Darkness comes and drags you down into a deep hole of pain, selfhate and dangerous thoughts. You try to avoid it, but it's like a deep voice in your head telling you to end it all. You try to tell yourself "you going to be fine - it's just an imagination" but the voice is getting louder and louder, more and more aggressive. It's hard - very hard.
