The story unfolds through multiple perspectives, including four teenagers-Nat, Pierce, Ami, and Yuri-each grappling with their own traumatic experiences. From the weight of anorexia and self-identity struggles to battling aggressive parents and losing loved ones, each character's journey is uniquely heartbreaking. As their stories intertwine, they find themselves in a therapy group, where their paths cross, and they begin to heal together.

This narrative explores mental health, eating disorders, and the struggles of navigating trauma, offering a glimpse of hope.
