She sprinted forward-faster than lightning. Her blade raised for his throat-

A thunder spear exploded beside her, launching her into a wall with a deafening crack.
Jean landed beside Levi, breathing hard, reloading another spear.
"Captain! Are you okay?!"
Levi shoved him away, furious.
"Why'd you shoot at her?! That was my wife!!"
"Wife? huh-wait, you mean... "
Before Levi could reply-
The rubble stirred.
Crunch. Crack.
Stones shifted. Dust curled. Blood trickled from the edge of a shattered wall.
She stood up straight.
Cuts laced her face. Her suit was torn at the thigh, blood dripping-but then, right in front of them, the wounds began to heal.
