"This takes place in a alternate universe were all other Sonic universe are intertwine into one story line, Blaze and Silver are dating, Amy and Sticks are engaged, Knuckles is going to prepose to Rough, Tails and Cream are dating and live together, Stone and Robotic are dating and Robotic is retired after realizing the bond he had with Sonic, now Robotic is more of a adopted father to Sonic and they get along well. Maria is a ghost and has been watching over shadow, Black doom is Shadows dad and Mephiles is Shadows other sibling now, along with Eclipse. Mephiles has a crush on Silver even after he starts dating Blaze and brakes up with him, Scrooge is also still in love with Sonic's brother Manic even after Manic broke up with him and hates him. Surge has a crush on Manic and Sonya Sonic's sister is in a relationship with Barnaby to spite her brothers hating him. Infinite is with Gadget and "Sonic Prime" Metal Sonic is In love with Rusty Rose.

Everything was okay until suddenly, Silver came back from the future and warned everyone that something worst was coming, not just the Chaos Emerald, but the Sol Emeralds and the Master Emerald. Worse than Black Doom or anyone they fought before. Mephiles The Dark has return with new powers and sinister allies that could destroy what Sonic, and everyone been fighting for. Before they could start their search on Chaos Emeralds and fight Mephiles again, the Master Emerald glows up and spoke to them. He told them to find someone who would help them to defeat Mephiles and everything will be restored. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).
