After the fight between conquest and invincible he was left badly injured and bleeding, invincible thought he was dead so he left , and before Cecil arrived, conquest regained consciousness fueled with rage and hatred he decided to isolate himself for a while until he fully recovered .
But what was not on his plan is he will meet with u a human female in the isolated area he decided to stay in for awhile on earth.
She was hiking in the mountains oblivious to his presence he watched from afar with different emotions battling in his heart and chaotic thoughts in his mind , he couldn't believe he was attracted to such a creature, he was supposed to despise and loath to conquer, but he was feeling stuff he hasn't felt in years or even centuries . He couldn't feel like this , he was an elderly viltrumite, a killing machine, a conquerer , he destroyed and conquered many worlds and planets in the name of the viltrum empire.

Mary had no choice but to fight her own father to not let him do more trouble, only to end up badly for her, being beaten up almost near to death by her own father, yet she manage to overcome him with her words, which made him feel something inside, and yet to flee away...but SuperBoy wouldn't let him leave without paying any consequences for murdering the guardians, Debbie, Mary, and killing his father. Both Omni-Man and SuperBoy duke it out against each other in the city, beating each other to a bloody pulp, and at the very end...(YN) gain victorious, and telling Omni-Man...to leave, and never come back to earth, ever again.
