one summer, two volleyball idiots, and an unspoken challenge; yet who's going to admit they actually like each other?

sun, sand, and too much competitive energy.
after losing Nationals, Hinata packed his bags and headed to Brazil, determined to rebuild himself through beach volleyball. he's been training hard, playing harder, and soaking up every bit of the Brazilian sun. The last thing he expected was to run into the Great King himself-Tōru Oikawa-who waltzes onto the sand like he owns the place.

And, well... we all know how that goes.

what starts as a casual beach game spirals into a full-blown rivalry. spikes, dives and a ridiculous amount of showboating included. yet between the early morning practices and late night drinks, and arguments of who's the better setter (despite Hinata not even being one) something shifts. is it the way Oikawa's guard slips when he talks about his dreams, or is it the way Hinata's laughter echoes across the waves a little too fondly.
