"My parents ruined me from birth. My husband ruined what was left." - Rueni Gains

Rueni "Rue" Gains is a professional fitness trainer and co-owns a gym with her husband, Omere Gains. Life hasn't always dealt her the hand that was fair, but she's always been able to make the best of it. Ever strong, beautiful, and resilient, Rue is the epitome of a black woman at only 26 years-old. Even the deepest cuts from those she loved most hadn't been enough to bring her down in life. But what happens when her strength alone isn't enough to get her through the turn of events that threatened to cause irreparable damage? What happens when an unexpected person begins to unravel the strings that had been attached to her heart, undo her hurt, and UnRuin her?

Unruin (verb):

To reverse the effects of ruin or destruction; to restore something to its previous or original state, bringing it back from a state of decay, damage, or disrepair.
