In a desperate attempt to convince Ginger that Him and Sprout aren't dating, Cosmo accidentally makes the mistake of getting an unaware Astro involved; claiming that He is the one dating Sprout. Luckily Ginger believes Him but now Astro has to help them keep their love life a secret by playing the 'Boyfriend.'
