Luckily Ginger believes Him but now Astro has to help them keep their love life a secret by playing the 'Boyfriend.'

He was certain that was all about to change, though, when a new toon is announced to be released. Even though he had friends, Sprout longed for a close relationship with another toon. However, when Sprout is given the run down about the new toon, he is hopeful he won't have to wish for a best friend because once he met the new toon, he'd have one. And, he was correct.
