In a world where danger lurks behind every corner, orphan Mai and her best friend and roo, Suriya, are forced to make difficult choices to survive. The pair of adventurous rogues spend their days searching for valuable artifacts to help feed their fellow orphans in a nearby monastery.
But everything in their lives begins to change when they start the search for a long-lost artifact, one that seems to exist only in rumors. Throughout their journey together, they will face powers unlike any they have ever seen before and will uncover something bigger than they could have ever imagined.
