What would happen if Candy confessed her love to Albert who had just recovered? Albert has been Candy's savior on more occasions than one, although she only remembers one of those times. Years later, during World War I, Albert suffers an accident in Europe and without a memory reaches the hospital in Chicago where Candy is working as a nurse. But when the director of the hospital discharges her, she decides to take care of him on her own until he fully recovers. Albert, who remembers nothing of his past, is initially hesitant, but decides to live with the beautiful and cheerful nurse who claims to know him and who has stolen his heart.
