Lacey, and Corbett. Step-siblings. Same Mother different father. One of the two siblings was raised normally. He worried about homework, pimples, and college prom dates. Then there was Lacey. Her father had raised her as a mature hunting killing machine. Lacey didn't kill people of course, but vampires, demons, werewolves sure why not? She knows what's out there, she knows what's lurking in the dark. School is the least of her problems. Her biggest concern is when her Mother, and father die because of that cocky attitude which they seem to think can do anything , Corbett is all she has left. She sticks with hunting, but now she feels like she has a eighty pound sack of stupid on her ass constantly slowing her down. Corbett is just about as useful as a sack of potatoes when it comes to the family business, but when it's research time he takes the gold. The most Corbett can do is throw a knife, and shoot an arrow. But that on flies for a few feet. Literally. Can they find who, and what killed both her parents?
