"Ang Mutya ng Section E" is a story follows Jay-jay, a high school student who transfers to the prestigious Higher Value International School. Unexpectedly, she is placed in Section E, the school's most notorious all-male class. Led by their grumpy president, Keifer, the boys initially attempt to drive Jay-jay away. Undeterred, she confronts their pranks with resilience, challenging their dynamics and gradually changing their perspectives.
The main cast includes Ashtine Olviga as Jay-jay, Andres Muhlach as Keifer, and Rabin Angeles as Yuri Hanamitchi.
